In this document, I will be describing the steps involved in file adapter configuration and common PI error monitoring techniques like message monitoring, component monitoring, end to end monitoring and XSMB_MONI.
In my next document I will be explaining IDOC adapter settings (Idoc to file scenario) by importing idoc segments from R/3 to PI server using IDX1/ IDX2.
Step1:- Go to Integration Builder. This is based on the assumption that all one time components, technical system, business system and product is already created and imported to Design.
Step2:-Go to Integration Builder. Create a configuration scenario as shown below.
Step3:- Create a new namespace. In that name space create your new sender data type as shown below:-
Step4:- Similarly create receiver data type:-
Step5:- Now Create message Type and call you data type in the respective sender and receiver message types.
